cancellation policies carefully.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction:
- Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled
appointment.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours to request a
refund.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your car wash appointment under the following conditions:
- Cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- In case of a no-show, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- If you cancel or reschedule after 12 hours, you will not be eligible for a full refund.
